国内に拠点を置き、自然・歴史環境の保全活用のために、活動や研究を行う非営利団体(個人に よる申請は不可)で適正な運営、会計処理、情報公開を行っていることが要件です。 なお、大学の研究室が応募する場合には、地域社会等と連携した活動であることも要件となり ますので、大学研究室単独ではなく、必ず地域団体と連名で応募する必要があります。
